Kourtney Kardashian Diet Plan
Reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian is making headlines again. This time it is not for anything she did in the celebrity world, but rather for her stunning weight loss. Since giving birth six months ago, Kourtney has dropped 44 pounds. Through a combination of common sense, daily workout and a sensible diet, Kourtney Kardashian was able to reach her fitness goals and drop from 150 pounds to 106 pounds.
How She Did It
Daily exercise is the biggest reason why Kourtney has been able to lose so much weight over the past six months. Her day starts with a 7 AM wakeup call from her personal trainer where she gets in a full workout. Kourtney decided to do this so early in the morning so she can avoid any “mom guilt” associated with doing something for herself rather than spending time with her kids. Not having the distraction of her children around helps her focus on her weight loss goals and really attack her morning workout.
On the days when she is not working out with her personal trainer, Kourtney runs, does calisthenics as well as completes Tracy Anderson’s 90-minute dance-cardio workouts. Mixing in the cardio workouts on the days she is not weight training allows Kourtney to see much quicker results as it is important to mix in cardio workouts when trying lose weight.
While this is the second time Kardashian has dropped a considerable amount of weight after giving birth, Kourtney used more common sense this time around and did not starve herself or push herself too hard to lose the weight. By taking a more conservative approach to her weight loss this time, Kourtney was able to drop the 44 pounds and feel good about herself while doing it.
Three other things Kourtney does are (1) she does not eat before bed; (2) she drinks water when she is hungry; and (3) she makes sure her breakfasts are extremely healthy (even if that means eating less for breakfast).

If you are able to take a balanced approach to obtaining your weight loss goals and can keep your eye on the big picture, the Kourtney Kardashian weight loss plan could be right for you. The first step you would need to take is to set aside time each and every morning, or some time when you have no other distractions, to get in a workout. While you do not necessarily need a personal trainer, you need to mix weight training and cardio in order to achieve your weight loss goals. As long as you can find the time to get in a workout every day that consists of these items, you should start to see the extra pounds melt off your body.
In addition to a daily workout, you will need to eat a sensible diet. Kourtney tries to stick to an organic diet, but you can get away with eating low fat, low carb foods. By steering clear of food that is high in calories and fat content, you will burn many more calories than you consume on a daily basis, which is the secret to weight loss success.
With a focus on exercising regularly and eating sensibly while not trying to lose weight too quickly, you should be able to lose weight just like Kourtney Kardashian.
